Use an attribute element to record a controlled or uncontrolled string value that is supplied by a cataloguing agency.
The value supports the general principles of "accuracy", "sufficiency and necessity", "significance", "economy", "integration", and "interoperability" of Statement of international cataloguing principles (ICP).
